Service Description
This is a session for after your performance. I'm going to deliver focusing in assisting your recovery, reducing lactic acid ( inflammation ), removing metabolic waste and calm your muscles down so you can be back on training in a record time. It can be performed from 30 minutes to 72 hours after the completion of your activity.
